Information for participants

What’s a hackathon?: A Hackathon is an experience that brings people with different skill sets and backgrounds to the same table in order to build something impactful i.e an application or a website. Every Hackathon team has a focus. Our focus areas are:

Our Program Model: We will pair our participants with paid projects, skills coaching, and professional mentorship while providing clients with amazing products. We hope to grow together with our participants and clients. Community is vital in tackling huge social and professional change, the first step is to get our participants through the door.

Commitment: Each hackathon will be 4 weeks long. We’ll sync up for 3 hours a week to discuss the project and answer any questions for a total of 12 hours of committed time.
