Current Hackathons
Hack the Gap powers hackathons that driven innovation, action and collaboration. Below are some of the hackathons we are working on. If you’re interested in partnering with us on a hackathon, let us know.
Advocacy in Action Hackathon
Hack the Gap’s Bridge program has been adapted to an opportunity for participants to build tech solutions and products over a weekend. Participants will be able to complete the program independently in their own time and eligible participants will receive $750 stipend.

Hack for Justice
In honor of George Floyd and the many victims of police killings before him, Hack For Justice organizes local, regional, and global businesses with community organizers and individuals to create innovative products, services, and companies that 1) rebuild destroyed properties, infrastructure, and businesses, and 2) support emotional and mental health during the fallout.
If you’re a community member, you can participate in the ideathon. If you’re a business, you can participate in the technical hackathon.
