Why We Started Our Career Platform

Hack The Gap was created to address the myth of the pipeline problem. A myth that says there are not enough qualified candidates from certain populations, e.g BIPOC populations, that can fit into the necessary roles within tech companies. We view our career platform as an extension of what it takes to battle that myth
